WHAT CAN YOU DO IF YOU NOTICE THAT SOMEONE REGULARLY INCINERATES WASTE IN A PUBLIC SPACE?

1. Collect information on the offender, photograph or record the action, and define the location where the event takes place
2. Report to the Environmental Inspection Service, the Croatian Institute for Toxicology and Antidoping, the Croatian Institute of Public Health where waste incineration takes place in the open
3. Report to the police if waste is incinerated in yards
4. Upon establishing the location and the offender, you can do the following:
a) Call the Green Phone at +385 72 123 456. Employees of the Green Phone will receive your report and forward it to the competent institutions or give you advice on reporting the case to the right institution if you would like to report the case yourself.
