1. Take a photo of the event and vessel (vessel registration) if possible
2. Write a short statement about the event and describe precisely how to get to the location (whether you have a GPS location, a visible object, character recognition etc.)
3. WHOM TO CONTACT: send the statement with photographs to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure inspection by e-mail: info@mppi.hr and/or Green Phone service for your County (072 123 456)

NOTE: you can always call the 112 emergency service, especially if it is a matter of great urgency, and during the weekends or holidays or at night
