Spreading th Green Phone Network is a project conducted by Green Phone Network, which is represented by the Eko Pan association from Karlovac, the Environmental Society Bura from Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Gorani Movement of Novi Sad and Vojvodina, Serbia.
The project will last until May of 2008 and REC (Regional Environmental Centre) invested 35,000 EUR in it through the SECTOR programme.
During the duration of the project, members of the Green Phone Network Croatia will be passing on their knowledge and experience acquired through years of providing Green Phone services (through workshops, training, lectures and study visits) to environmental protection associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. By supporting local activists in starting Green Phones in their own countries, we wish to help raise awareness with citizens and the local authorities in urban areas.
