The strategic planning and the annual general meeting of the Green Phone Network were held from March 18th to March 20th, 2015 on the premises of Green Action. This activity is a part of the partnership project "Environmental Partnership: Capacity Development in the protection of the Environment in the Public and Civil Sectors in Croatia through the Utilisation of the Green Phone Service Network”.

The strategic planning was implemented by Milena Radošević, consultant for Aktivist d.o.o. Through strategic planning, the Network and all its members wanted to draft a strategic plan for joint action in the next three years as well as an action plan for next year in order to work better together by utilising the services of the Green Phone. Strategic planning has proven to be effective and will certainly improve the work of the Green Phone Network.
Besides strategic planning, this meeting enabled Green Phone supervisors to share experiences and discuss current environmental problems. The project has given Network members a unique opportunity to socialize, bond and improve their collaboration.
