WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF OLD, DAMAGED HOUSES, AND THOSE THAT ARE COLLAPSING AND AS SUCH REPRESENT A DANGER TO PEOPLE, THE ENVIRONMENT AND PROPERTY?
1. Take a photo of the event and location
2. Write a brief statement about the incident and describe precisely how to get to the location (if you have the correct address, some visible object, a landmark, GPS coordinates and the like). Also, if you believe asbestos material is involved, specifically mention it in the report.
